The mission of Spring City Middle School is to create a positive learning environment where all students are valued, motivated, and challenged to achieve academically to their highest potential while demonstrating responsible citizenship. Ultimately, our children will be our future problem solvers who must work collaboratively to find solutions to ever changing problems in our local and global communities.

Spring City Middle School opened its doors in August of 2003. It is located on the Highway 68 Bypass (also known as Wassom Memorial Highway) in Spring City, Tennessee, at the foot of Walden's Ridge. The school was established to alleviate the overcrowded conditions at Spring City Elementary School, which was a Kindergarten through Eighth-grade school. Spring City Middle School contains grades six, seven and eight.
